1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Skincare and body care items can only be returned if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described.
  • Vitamin and supplement products are non-returnable once the seal is broken due to hygiene and safety concerns.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery for skincare/body care products and within 3 days for damaged vitamin products.

2. Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of product approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product or damaged item).

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with expired or tampered seals.
  • Items used or altered in any way.
  • Sale or promotional items marked “Final Sale.”

4. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.

5. Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or replacement.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled as a return and a new purchase.
  • Contact Customer Support to initiate an exchange, and ensure the product meets the return eligibility criteria.

7. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product safely. Damages incurred during return shipping are not the company’s liability.
  • Any misuse of the return policy may result in refusal of future returns or cancellations.
